Chi Running – Lisa Pozzoni

Some people say you will get injured if you run long enough. But it is possible to run injury free. ChiRunning is a form that has helped scores of runners keep going for the long haul.

If you run trails with me, I’ll probably start talking about how ChiRunning helped me run ultramarathons without getting the kind of injuries I hear most runners talking about: shin splints, sore knees, hip problems.
